These Terms and Conditions (“Terms") govern your use of Fricaa and outline the rules and responsibilities associated with using our platform. By accessing or using Fricaa, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

• By creating an account, posting content, or engaging with any feature on Fricaa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

• Fricaa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To ensure a safe and responsible community, Fricaa enforces the following user eligibility criteria:

• Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Fricaa.

• Parental Consent for Minors: Users under 18 years old require parental or guardian consent to access monetization features and financial transactions.

• Account Registration: All users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for an account.

• One Account Per Person: You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activities.

Fricaa reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that do not comply with these conditions.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact Fricaa Support immediately.

Fricaa is not responsible for:

• Loss of account access due to hacking, phishing, or negligence.
• Unauthorized transactions or activities conducted from your account.

To maintain a safe and engaging environment, users must adhere to Fricaa’s Community Guidelines

Prohibited Content Includes:

• Hate Speech & Harassment – Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate toward any group.

• Explicit or Adult Content – Pornographic, sexually explicit, or overly violent material is strictly prohibited.

• Misinformation & Fake News – Spreading false information, deepfakes, or misleading content is not allowed

• Illegal Activities – Content that promotes drug use, human trafficking, fraud, hacking, or any illegal acts.

• Intellectual Property Violations – Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or personal data

Content Removal & Bans:Fricaa reserves the right to remove, restrict, or ban content and accounts that violate these rules.

Appeals: If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you may appeal through Fricaa Support.

Fricaa offers multiple monetization methods for eligible creators

• Super Likes – Viewers can boost content visibility by sending Super Likes.

• Super Chat –Fans can pin premium messages in live streams.

• AdRev Boost – Creators receive a share of ad revenue based on engagement.

• Creator Fund – A funding program rewarding high-performing creators

• Gift Cards & Virtual Gifts – Users can send and receive Fricaa Gift Cards as appreciation

Payment & Withdrawals

• Minimum Payout Threshold: Users must reach the minimum earnings amount before withdrawing funds.

• Payment Processing: Fricaa processes payments through third-party payment providers. Any delays caused by banks, payment processors, or fraud verification are not Fricaa’s responsibility.

• Taxes: Creators are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in their country

Your privacy is important to us. By using Fricaa, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal data.

How We Use Your Data:

• To personalize content recommendations based on your activity

• To improve security and prevent fraudulent behavior

• To provide targeted advertisements and monetization opportunities.

Fricaa does not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. However, by posting on Fricaa, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and promote your content across our platform.

• Fricaa’s Branding: You may not use Fricaa's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission.

Fricaa may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you:

• Violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.

• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to manipulate engagement.

Appeals: If your account is banned, you can submit a review request through Fricaa Support

Fricaa provides its platform "as is" and is not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or engagement due to technical issues

• Third-party services, including payment processors and advertisers.
• Hacks, data breaches, or unauthorized access to your account.

Fricaa reserves the right to update these Terms, introduce new features, or discontinue services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notifications

Continued use of Fricaa after updates means you accept the new Terms.
